How It Works
Your first order includes your chosen bud vases. Each week, we return to refresh your display, collecting the previous vases and replacing them with clean ones filled with freshly picked seasonal flowers. We take care of the flowers, the vases and the swap, so you can simply enjoy beautiful blooms without the upkeep.

Flower Care
Your bud vases arrive beautifully arranged with freshly cut flowers, ready to display immediately. Each arrangement is designed to bring natural beauty to your business or event with minimal fuss.
Upon arrival:
- Your bud vases are ready to display straight away – no unpacking required
- Place them in your chosen location as soon as possible for best results
- Check the water level and top up with cool, fresh water if needed
- If any stems appear long for your space, trim them at an angle using sharp, clean scissors
Looking after your bud vases:
- To help prolong the life of your bud vases, consider displaying them somewhere cool, away from direct sun, heat sources, or strong breezes
- Check water levels daily and top up as needed – bud vases have less water capacity than larger arrangements
- Remove any wilting flowers or yellowing leaves promptly to keep the arrangement looking fresh
Getting the best from your display:
- Group multiple bud vases together for greater impact at events
- The compact size makes them perfect for tables, reception areas, or as accent pieces
With proper care, your bud vase flowers should stay looking beautiful for 5-7 days, with sturdier varieties often lasting longer. The dried elements included in some arrangements will continue to add texture and interest even after fresh flowers fade.

Delivery
Our bud vase arrangements are available for local delivery within a 15-mile radius of Marguerite Rose’s flower farm in Devon (EX17 4QU).
Each arrangement is prepared using freshly picked seasonal flowers and carefully transported by hand to ensure your bud vases arrive safely and looking beautiful. Due to the delicate nature of the glass vases, deliveries are personally handled by Marguerite Rose.
To allow enough time for harvesting, arranging and preparing your flowers, please place your order by 12 noon for your next scheduled delivery date.
Delivery Notes
- Delivery is included with all bud vase orders.
- A signature is not required, but please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as bud vases cannot be left unattended.
- Bud vase deliveries are available within a 15-mile radius of our flower farm.

Seasonal Availability
Our bud vase arrangements are thoughtfully created using flowers grown exclusively on our flower farm in Devon. We grow naturally with the seasons, without artificial heat or light, so the flowers and foliage available change throughout the year depending on what is blooming in our fields.
The varieties included in your bud vase arrangements will depend on the time of year and what is ready to harvest. Each arrangement is designed to reflect the beauty of the season, using freshly picked flowers and foliage from our farm. Our fresh flower bud vase season runs from April to September. As autumn arrives, our fields naturally begin to rest, and from October until the following April we offer dried flower bud vase arrangements and seasonal designs instead. Throughout December, we also create festive arrangements perfect for adding a seasonal touch to businesses and events.
As with all British-grown flowers, availability can occasionally be affected by the weather. Late frosts, heavy rainfall or unexpected cold spells may influence what is ready to harvest. If we’re ever unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you promptly and, of course, you won’t be charged.
