How It Works
Your first order includes your chosen bud vases, which are yours to keep. Each week, we return to collect your vases and replace them with identical clean ones filled with fresh seasonal arrangements – we simply swap them out for you, so you never have to purchase new vases or worry about cleaning them.

Flower Care
Your bud vases arrive beautifully arranged with freshly cut flowers, ready to display immediately. Each arrangement is designed to bring natural beauty to your business or event with minimal fuss.
Upon arrival:
- Your bud vases are ready to display straight away – no unpacking required
- Place them in your chosen location as soon as possible for best results
- Check the water level and top up with cool, fresh water if needed
- If any stems appear long for your space, trim them at an angle using sharp, clean scissors
Looking after your bud vases:
- To help prolong the life of your bud vases, consider displaying them somewhere cool, away from direct sun, heat sources, or strong breezes
- Check water levels daily and top up as needed – bud vases have less water capacity than larger arrangements
- Remove any wilting flowers or yellowing leaves promptly to keep the arrangement looking fresh
Getting the best from your display:
- Group multiple bud vases together for greater impact at events
- The compact size makes them perfect for tables, reception areas, or as accent pieces
With proper care, your bud vase flowers should stay looking beautiful for 5-7 days, with sturdier varieties often lasting longer. The dried elements included in some arrangements will continue to add texture and interest even after fresh flowers fade.

Delivery
The bud vases are available for local delivery within a 15-mile radius of Marguerite Rose’s flower farm in Devon, EX17 4QU.
Each bud vase is carefully prepared with freshly picked flowers and water, making them fragile and requiring special handling during transport. Due to the delicate nature of these glass arrangements, deliveries are personally handled by Marguerite Rose to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
We freshly pick, arrange, condition, and carefully package your flowers to ensure they arrive beautifully fresh. This takes a little time, so please place your order by midnight on Tuesday to give us enough time to prepare your bouquet for Thursday delivery.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to collect your flower arrangements directly from the farm — just send us an email info@margueriterose.co.uk to let us know when you’d like to pick them up.
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery is free for all bud vase orders
- A signature is not required, but please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, as bud vases cannot be left unattended
- Please check our delivery area using the postcode checker on our delivery page to confirm we can deliver to your address

Seasonal Availability
Our bud vases are thoughtfully arranged using flowers grown exclusively on our flower farm in Devon. Because we grow seasonally, without artificial heat or light, the flowers available change naturally throughout the year.
The varieties included in your bud vase will depend on the time of year you order. For an idea of what’s currently in bloom, please visit our Growing Calendar page.
Fresh flower bud vases are available from April to September. From 30th September to 1st April, our fields rest for the winter. During this time, we offer dried flower bud vases in autumn and winter, as well as festive arrangements throughout December.
Please note that availability during the growing season may be affected by weather, such as late frosts, heavy rain, or unseasonable cold. If we’re unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we’ll be in touch promptly—and of course, you won’t be charged.
